byCINDILEE Jewelry • Accessories • Design wants you to be 100% happy with your order. However, if you need to return an item, please terms see below.

Standard Return Policy

NB! Discounted & Sale Items: We do not EXCHANGE or REFUND items that are bought on sale or when discounted.
BLACK FRIDAY: PLEASE NOTE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED.

There are a few things to keep in mind when returning sunglasses/ accessories you purchased online from byCINDILEE Jewelry • Accessories • Design

 

1. You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2. Items have to be in their original condition, as when they were handed over to you .
3. Any items that have been personalized, custom made or assembled cannot be returned.
4. You will need to state the reason for your return and a picture of your jewelry will need to be taken and sent to hello@cindilee.co.za before shipping.
5. For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings.
6. Sale products or products that have been discounted (permanently or temporarily) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless the product is broken/damaged/faulty/incorrect due to manufacturing faults. Full price products may only be replaced with other full-priced products and not items that are on sale. If we are unable to provide you with the desired size or style, we will process you with store credit. Products eligible for exchanges and refunds may be refunded into your original method of payment or you will receive an credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that items are delivered defective from byCINDILEE Jewelry • Accessories • Design, you will need to take pictures of your items within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Pictures of your defective item will need to be sent to hello@cindilee.co.za. If the items are delivered defective, byCINDILEE Jewelry • Accessories • Design will refund you in full or replace the items that you ordered. If the items are not reported defective within 24 hours of receiving them, then we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

Returns expense will be covered by the customer. Client will be re-imbursed for the shipping should the error be from byCINDILEE Jewelry • Accessories • Design. Should you require assistance with your return please email on hello@cindilee.co.za

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Items can be exchanged for their initial purchase value, if there is an item you wish to have that has a higher value, you can pay the difference. Refunds will be done via EFT, once we have accepted the item for a refund, customers will have to send us their banking details.
